Application for holding and funding ERCOFTAC events:

If you wish to organise ERCOFTAC conferences, workshops or summer schools and apply for ERCOFTAC funding also if you wish to apply for SIG General Funding please contact me to receive the Application Form. All details regarding conditions how to hold an event in association with ERCOFTAC can be found on the ERCOFTAC website: /about/rules_for_holding_ercoftac_events/. Please note that the Application Forms with the short proposal must be sent to the ERCOFTAC CADO at least 2 weeks before the SPC meeting – 24^th March 2017.

Registration:

Please confirm your attendance by sending an email to me: admin@cado-ercoftac.org by no later than 31^st March 2017. Please state if you are going to participate in the meetings over 2 days or just 1 day, stating also which day it is you want to participate in and also please inform if you wish to attend the ERCOFTAC dinner which will take place on the 6^th April (the venue to be confirmed).

Accommodation:

For accommodation we recommend hotels in the vicinity of subway U1, because it is easy to reach AIT and the city centre.

A list of hotels is included in the attached excel file below. Hotel Wandl and Arcotel Kaiserwasser offer special rates (112/130 Euros).
