The Fluid Mechanics Conference is one of the premier event bringing together peoples from academia, universities, and research centres to present and discuss in a friendly atmosphere the advances in research, development and manufacturing.
The goal of this conference is to provide a forum for the exposure and exchange of ideas, methods and results in fluid mechanics domain.

The XXV Fluid Mechanics Conference is being organized by I. Lukasiewicz Rzeszow University of Technology, under the auspices of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Committee of Mechanics.

The International Scientific Committee invites prospective authors to submit an abstract of papers to be presented at KKMP2022. Papers on all aspects of fluid mechanics research areas, from fundamental and applied to novel experimental techniques and innovative applications are welcome.

During the conference, the J.W. Elsner Competition will be organized for the best paper addressed to young researchers under 35 years of age. The Competition winners will be announced during gala Conference Dinner which will be organised in Krasiczyn Castle.

Important dates:

December 31st, 2021 - Very early registration.
January 31st, 2022 - Submission of abstracts.
Abstracts should be two A4 pages and should contain: key words, a clear introduction, summarizing the proposed contribution, methodology, results and major conclusions. Abstracts should be submitted electronically through the conference website. The templates for abstract, in both MS Word and LaTex formats, can be found here.

March 1st, 2022 - Authors will be notified about the decision of the Scientific Committee ON ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE. The Scientific Committee selects the abstract on the basis of positive reviews.

May 1st, 2022 - Full paper submission deadline. Selected papers will be invited by the KKMP2022 committee for publication in electronic version at The IOP Journal of Physics: Conference Series (40 pt MNiSW 2019) or Technical Sciences (20 pt MNiSW 2019).

April 15th, 2022 - Early registration.

May 31st, 2022 - Regular registration.
By this time at least one author per KKMP2022 contribution should be registered and KKMP2022 fee payment received by Organisers. Otherwise the paper will be not included in the Conference programme and publish in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series.

June 30th, 2022 - Late registration.
Based on the quality of full contributions, certain number of authors will be invited to submit the extended, full version of their work for publication in a regular issue of the Journal of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, Archives of Mechanics. Such invited submissions, will be subject to a standard review and publishing process of the journal.
